Skyline Growth Partners provides marketing and technology services for local businesses, which may include done-for-you websites, lead-generation and follow-up automation, review management, advertising management, and access to consumer financing options through third-party providers. The specific services, fees, scope, and cancellation terms that apply to you are governed by the separate written service agreement you sign with us. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

Skyline Growth Partners sends text messages related to your inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, service and account updates, customer support, and occasional information or offers about our services. This is the kind of message you can expect to receive when you opt in.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (949) 295-6918. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Fees for our programs are set out in your signed service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, program fees are billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly subscription, charged automatically to the payment method you provide. You authorize us to charge that payment method for all fees due. Recurring fees continue until the service is canceled in accordance with your agreement.

Advertising spend, where applicable, is billed separately and paid directly by you to the advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) through your own accounts; advertising budget is not included in our management fees unless expressly stated in your agreement.

Skyline Growth Partners may facilitate consumer financing options through independent, licensed third-party providers. Skyline Growth Partners is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. All financing offers, rates, terms, and approvals are provided solely by the third-party financing providers and are subject to their credit approval and their own terms and privacy policies.

Cancellation terms, notice periods, and any refund eligibility are governed by your signed service agreement. Unless your agreement states otherwise, setup fees and fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

You agree not to use our website or services to: violate any law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the operation of our website or services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

All content on our website - including text, graphics, logos, and the Skyline Growth Partners name and branding - is owned by or licensed to Skyline Growth Partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our prior written permission. Work we create for a client is governed by that client's service agreement.

Our services rely on and integrate with third-party platforms (such as communications, scheduling, advertising, and financing providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to deliver results, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue, lead volume, ranking, or level of business growth, as results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Growth Partners and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyline Growth Partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
